okay so first let me introduce you to the order lepidoptera
if you dont know yet it's the order which includes moths and butterflies
but
butt
they're all basically called moths except for a suborder who you english people calls "butterflies"
(fuck you, u racist, in french they're all called "papillon")
but y'know in general audience, butterflies are more popular
so yea on internet, especially in the furry community, people have began showing more attention to moths
the problem
is that people have a biased view of moths
cuz they think all moths look like silk moths (the super fluffy ones)

but y'know there are more than 160 000 species of moths around the world
and the other species of moths are just forgetten or just wrongfully called "butterflies" (tbh we should call every lepidoptera the same name imo)
so yea please talk about the other species of moths there are tons of different moths
lepidoptera is a beautiful and varied order
let's not limit us to a few species :3
