card shuffling tool

now the release of the first tool available on the website:
the Card Shuffling Tool

instead of shuffling by yourself, the tool tells u randomized shuffling steps

for now it uses the default math javascript pseudo-randomizing, but i'll maybe upgrade it to true randomness via an API one day, who knows?
